Creative Kids Preschool, is a boutique centre in Belmont South, we have limited places for up to 18 children per day with 2 staff, allowing us to have a greater opportunity to have one-on-one time to foster your child's learning and development. We are open 50 weeks a year shutting down 2 weeks over the Christmas break. We offer a full school readiness program and have long term highly qualified staff.

Kinda Kapers Belmont is a small centre caring for children aged from 2 to 6 years old, with a wonderful family vibe. As one of our smaller centres, the tight-knit team of staff have developed a highly organised centre which runs smoothly, making life as easy as possible for all our busy families.

Our great team of dedicated educators make everyone feel welcome in this cozy centre. We model respectful and supportive relationships and our children and families can feel it. Our children and their families are greeted by a familiar face every morning when they arrive in our clean, tidy and vibrant centre. They then settle in to our daily routines which include plenty of fun activities and ensure the children feel comfortable and secure as they learn and grow.

Our centre is well resourced, providing lots of opportunities for children to play, socialise and grow, both indoors and outdoors. We have a large outdoor playground with plenty of room for all the children to play together, satisfy their curiosity and develop their skills. Each of our classrooms have a wide variety of toys and learning props, including ipads and SmartBoards which our Preschool group uses with their educators.

Our Preschool and Prep programs (for three-year-olds and four-year-olds consecutively) are wonderful, proven, solid foundational components of your child's schooling. The programs are an extension of our existing Primary teaching and learning program.

We offer an investigative play-based curriculum that prepares your child for Kindergarten. This carefully planned environment is both stimulating and exciting. The children are immersed in a literacy and numeracy rich setting, which offers experiences in the development of social, emotional, cognitive, physical, pre-writing, pre-reading and pre-number skills. The programs are both stimulating and exciting.

Our teachers are fully qualified and are approved Early Childhood Educators. Preschool and Prep takes place in purpose-built rooms that are safe and well-resourced, with age-appropriate facilities and materials. Children are encouraged to develop a positive attitude towards school, an inquiring mind and a love of learning. Throughout the day, they are encouraged to respond to what they learn, and the world around them from a Christian world-view.

We believe the children belong to one school, and we encourage this through combined activities. Prep takes place within the school environment thus introducing children to staff and school routines. In addition, children participate in a number of combined activities with the older Primary School children. This includes Rise Up and special activities.

Enrolments, for our Preschool are invited for children who will turn three years of age by 30th April. For enrolment into Prep, children should be four years of age by the 30th April. Both programs are intended as one-year programs only. In Preschool, children may enroll for one, two or three days per week. Pre-School at Belmont Christian College is an easy, relaxed, confidence building and educative means of transitioning into Prep. For Prep, children may enroll for two, three or five days per week. Prep makes for an easy and gentle transition into Kindergarten.
