Bulleen 3105 is an affluent suburb, located 13km from Melbourne CBD in the City of Manningham. It had a population of 10,873 in the 2016 census, and the suburb started when a Sydney solicitor purchased 5,120 acres back in 1841. Today, it’s home to Bulleen Plaza which provides shopping experiences, and there are plenty of parklands, the Heide Museum of Modern Art and Yarra Flats Park with walking tracks and views of the Yarra River.
There is a catholic primary school, catholic secondary school, and a school for students with autism spectrum disorder. Nearby suburbs provide other educational facilities. For child care Bulleen, there are a few early learning centre options in the area, with others available in nearby suburbs. This includes long daycare, family daycare, out of school hours care and occasional care all on offer.
What's on offer
Bulleen daycare centres include a mix of outdoor and indoor learning activities for children ages 6 weeks to school age, with the majority adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework. While some centres provide food prepared on-site by a chef, others require children to bring their own fresh and nutritious meals.
Parents are encouraged to communicate openly with the centres at any time to discuss their child's progress or to voice any concerns.
Bulleen is an excellent family-oriented area that offers a variety of high-quality childcare alternatives.
