Our team of passionate, long-standing leaders and educators are dedicated to your child’s education. Our Service Manager, Emma, holds a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma of Children’s Services. Over 15 years in the childcare sector, Emma has worked with all age groups across a broad range of roles, including Assistant Director, Educational Leader, and Kindergarten Teacher.

We base our educational curriculum on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which emphasises play-based learning and recognises the individual child. The Reggio Emilia approach sees the potential in each child and emphasises relationship-building and self-confidence.
Nutrition
Good nutrition is paramount to every child’s development. We offer all children the opportunity to stay nourished throughout the day, through both in-house meals and meals provided by families.
Grounds
Our grounds feature wide-open spaces for children to enjoy unstructured playtime as well as a large. shaded playground area.
Communication
Keeping in touch with families is essential at Sparrow Early Learning. We provide for and encourage consistent communication with parents and guardians, ensuring every child’s needs and standards are met.
We ask all families to familiarise themselves with our various communication methods, which include:
