The Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care brings proven expertise and understanding to the care of your child. In operation for over 15 years with family values at the heart of our team’s work each day, the Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care is proud to provide a joyful experience combined with quality care that you and your child shall adore with each and every visit.
About Us
Our curriculum is built upon the principles found in the Australian Early Years Learning Framework: Belonging, Being and Becoming. Our programme provides for a happy and supportive environment where children grow their confidence and capabilities through a variety of learning experiences.
From yoga to music, science experiments to sand and water play, language learning to gardening, we’re delighted to provide interesting and educational experiences for your child daily. Doing so via the use of our indoor and outdoor facilities, with our outdoor shaded area and ongoing observation of Sun Safety offering your child a fun but safe way to play in the sun.
We Make Food Fun
At Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care our team promotes a healthy lifestyle. We understand the importance of good nutrition in giving a child the best start in life. Every day our in-house chef cooks fresh meals that are healthy, nutritious, and tasty. To help your child learn how to make mindful food choices throughout their life, and adore foods that are fun and filling.
Our Community
We’re proud of the diversity in our community, and work to ensure all experiences and interactions at the Parramatta Preschool and Long Day Care are welcoming, positive, and built upon mutual respect for one another. We also regularly feature in our curriculum events that celebrate the heritage and cultures of the families who make up our community. For example, our chef regularly cooks meals that reflect our multicultural backgrounds, and celebrate holidays such as Harmony Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, Diwali, and more.
Our Communication
We provide daily updates on our child’s daily routine via online portals. As well as photos, this daily update includes info on your child’s sleeping and eating routine, nappy changes (if necessary), as well as additional educator observations to give you an easy and clear understanding of your child’s progress each day.
