Our program and ethos is developed from the 'My Time, Our Place Framework for School Aged Care in Australia' and 'Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia'. Through a combination of qualified staff, comprehensive programing, certificates and awards, structure and consistency and daily group reflections, MSHC creates opportunities for your child to develop new attitudes, behaviours and choices and allows for MSHC to have a positive influence on their lives.
We believe that children;
Are individuals and should be treated as such
Should be treated with respect
Should be encouraged to learn about life
Learn through play and experiences
Flourish when nurtured through loving and meaningful relationships with staff, other children and their communities
Deserve to be heard and valued.
Our professional educators ensure our program remains diverse, challenging and conducive to the children's interests through engagement with all families, children and the wider community. We value the diversity of our families and encourage all to participate regardless of race, gender or socio-economic background.
