Asquith Early Learning Centre is a centre-based early learning facility located in Asquith, New South Wales. The centre offers long daycare for a maximum of 40 children aged from zero to six.
Opening in 2015, we designed Asquith to meet the specialised needs of local young children and families. With our age-specific play areas, structured programs, baby rooms, and disability access, we’ve aimed to create a space where all children will feel comfortable. Conveniently located opposite Asquith Public School and close to public transport, our centre and staff provide the quality care that you have been looking for.
The state of the art child care facility is fully approved for the Australian government's Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) fee assistance.
Services
At Asquith Early Learning Centre, we believe in equal opportunities for every child. Regardless of culture, language, ability, gender, or lifestyle, we create programs to make every child feel safe and welcome.
Our teaching philosophy follows the Australian Government’s Early Years Learning Framework. We tailor our programs to suit each child’s interests, needs, experiences, and unique strengths.
We offer three structured programs, divided by age group. Our ‘babies’ program caters to children aged from zero to two, our ‘toddlers’ program caters to children aged from two to three, and our ‘pre-schoolers’ program caters from children aged from four to six.
We arrange regular incursions with local role models to further develop our involvement in the community. These incursions include exciting band performances lead by Asquith Public School students and visits from fire crews.
Nutrition
We encourage every child to develop a lifelong interest in healthy eating. Our in-house cooks provide nutritious, balanced meals each day, as managed by Kids Gourmet Food.
Grounds
Our spacious outdoor areas feature a large courtyard, a vibrant playground, a sandpit, and a natural garden. Regular outdoor play and exploration encourage children to develop an innate interest in the world around them.
Communication
At Asquith, we believe family input is essential to a child’s early learning and development. We deeply value insight and feedback from parents and caregivers. At any time, we encourage families to contact our centre with suggestions, questions, or simply to have a chat.
