Children at Kid’s World Kindy long day-care build an important foundation for future learning and development of children aged six weeks to two years.  Offering centre based care, the quality day care programme promotes crucial skills for mental and cognitive growth. Services  

Kid’s World Kindy offers three programmes to suit the development needs of each age group.  All children receive warm and nurturing care, and are provided with play based learning activities that become more challenging and curriculum centred as they grow.  Pre-schoolers are presented with problem solving activities and opportunities to manage friendships and social interactions, as well as school transitional programmes. 

Grounds 

Children have plenty of opportunities to explore nature and the outdoors, with a well designed and exciting playground, sandpit, and open spaces.  Children can move freely, releasing energy and gaining fitness and an appreciation of the world in the Kid’s World outdoor spaces. 

Nutrition Policy 

Children are provided with Breakfast, Lunch, Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea and
Late Supper, with a menu designed around the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.  Kid’s World have a range of strategies to promote nutritious eating which include supporting breast feeding and promoting healthy eating habits in children.  The centre provides a positive eating environment that is relaxed, social and reflects cultural and family values

Communication 

Kid’s World Kindy are committed to teaching children to become effective communicators, by partnering with families to foster regular communication and encourages families to join in educational programs.

The centre has a private communication tool that allows our educators to securely link family in real time with their child giving parents access to their child’s daily activities, learning outcomes and general wellbeing.

Parents are also encouraged to talk to their child’s educators on a one-one basis whenever they wish.
