Hello, my name is Priya and I am the Centre Director at Treetops Early Learning Centre Findon. I have been a senior member of the Treetops community for many years and absolutely adore working within the Early Childhood industry. Having two children of my own, I recognize the importance of trusting the care setting that they are in. I strive to enforce a leadership style that promotes an environment of high-quality care, that is both vibrant and welcoming. My effective leadership and management skills will uphold a community where communication between Educators and families is prioritized. At Treetops Findon, we respect that every child learns in their own way and therefore I will guarantee our team of Educators consistently maintain awareness of this and do their absolute best to meet the needs of each unique child. It is imperative that children are given the freedom to explore their curiosity and creativity, and this is something I will aspire to constantly support and guide them through. I will also encourage them to achieve the best possible outcomes and continuously learn the skills that they may require as they later endeavour through school and life. I am a passionate and dedicated person who can undoubtedly promise to be there for your child whenever needed, as will my team. I look forward to meeting you all at our Findon Centre.
